Wherever you buy, sign in with the same account in the mobile, web or desktop app and everything unlocks instantly.
Yes. If you bought on the web, sign in, come back to this page and use "Cancel subscription": it opens Paddle’s secure billing portal. If you bought in the app, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are never charged again.
Yes, forever, with no credit card. You can record with your phone or a compatible datalogger, get lap times and a track report, and see your session analysis. The free mobile app shows ads (a banner that never appears while you record, and optional videos you choose to watch); the website and members never see ads.
Pro gives you the complete analysis toolkit, history, comparison, export, chassis setup, voice notes and the desktop app. AI adds the intelligence layer: every analysis tool has an "Explain this" button that tells you what the chart means, the assistant answers your questions about riding and setup, and PRO MAP proposes fuel corrections from your lambda data (for closed-course competition vehicles), which the AI explains. AI answers can contain errors and are not professional advice.
iOS and Android for every plan. Pro and AI also include the desktop app for PC and Mac. One subscription covers all your devices.
For plans bought on the web, refunds are requested by email to info@wayraracing.com: cancelling in the portal stops renewals but does not refund anything by itself. Within 14 days of your first payment we refund it in full. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our reseller, to your original payment method. After that, if you cancel an annual plan mid-term we charge the months you used at the normal monthly price and refund the rest — a month you have started counts as a full month and you keep access until it ends. If an annual plan renewed when you did not mean it to, tell us within 30 days and we refund the renewal. Plans bought inside the app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. Details in Section 13 of the Terms.
