About Us
The Story Behind Wayra
The tech that makes elite riders faster was locked behind five-figure price tags. We're here to change that.
Who We Are
We're a group of engineers and riders who share one obsession: going faster. More than 30 years at the track between us — racing, coaching riders, and designing high-performance parts. Wayra is everything we've learned out there, built into tools any rider can use.
What We Believe
Fast riders exist everywhere — Quito, Bogota, Bangkok. But the tools to develop them? Reserved for factory teams. Everyone else rides on feel.
If you can measure it, you can improve it. Every rider deserves the chance to measure it.
Why This Matters
Data makes the sport fairer. With pro telemetry in every rider's hands, only talent and dedication separate them. Not geography. Not budget.
Our goals:
- Help every rider understand their bike and improve systematically
- Close the gap between local talent and international competition
- Help riders make better-informed decisions about their bike and their riding
- Open a clear path from local track to world stage
What We Build
Wayra App
Your race engineer in your pocket. Ai coaching, setup, technique, full telemetry.
Racing Community
The first open telemetry-sharing community. This knowledge has always been locked away — reserved for race engineers or sold in expensive courses. Here, riders share real data and learn from each other.
Connects what you change on the bike with what happens on track — the why, not just the what.
Wayra means wind
In Andean mythology and worldview, Wayra is the wind: a spiritual force of nature that commands deep respect.
In motorsport history, the same idea has inspired true works of genius, like the Pagani Huayra and the Huayra Pronello Ford.

Our logo hides two symbols. The A is a delta (Δ), one of the most important parameters in race analysis: it is where a rider's progress hides. Together with the i it forms "Ai", artificial intelligence, one of the most powerful tools we offer so that every rider can access the most advanced technology in the sport.
Meet the Team Mascot

Amaru
The Wayra wolf
Amaru is the face of the Wayra AI assistant. He connects what you feel on the bike with what the data says.
Like a crew chief, he reads your session, points out where you may be losing time and explains in plain words what you could try. He hunts lap time and never sleeps — but he is an AI: check any change to your bike with a qualified professional.
Our Vision
Every fast rider — no matter where they're from — with the data to prove it and the path to show it.
